How to Submit your Artwork:

1. Send your image in GIF or JPEG format to addme@artbyplace.com
   The image must have a height of 40 pixels and a maximum width of 70 pixels. If you cannot convert the image to the required size, please forward your image and we will resize it accordingly. Please make sure than the image weighs less than 1 mg before e-mailing it otherwise it may not be delivered successfully. The image must represent one piece of artwork only.
   
2. Include the website address you would like your artwork to link.
   
3. Include the name of the artist and the country as it will appear on the artists' directory page.
   
4. Include a maximum of 35 words representing the artist statement.
5. Link back to ArtbyPlace.com by using the banner below.

• When you add your artwork and link, you will not own any part of this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit your artwork and link which will then be published on the homepage, your country page and the artists' directory page.
• The image must represent one piece of work only.
• Each artwork submitted to be included to the homepage must be unique.
• You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image & link you want on the homepage. The only exception is if you have a strong reason why you need a change to your image/link, eg. your site no longer exists, major structural change to your site, lawsuits, etc.
• Images must be the 40 pixels in height and no more than 70 pixels in width
• Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size
• Animated images are not accepted.
• Links must be to web pages.
• You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit
• There may be occasional downtime for site maintenance will be kept to a minimum.
• Your link will be live within 24-48hrs.
